GUIDELINES FOR RENTING A STAND AT LOFOTSENTERET

Lofotsenteret rents out stands, inside or outside the center, to companies, entrepreneurs and organizations/teams. The stand space is evaluated against direct competition with tenants in the center.

Lofotsenteret reserves the right to move applicants to other stands at the center at short notice if circumstances dictate it.

Fundraising activities must be stationary at the designated location, i.e. there is no opportunity to walk around the center with boxes or to sell/visit our customers.

APPLICATION FOR RENTAL OF STAND SPACE:

Applications for renting a stand at Lofotsenteret must be made in writing to center coordinator Britt Jorunn Solbakk at least one week before the desired time: britt.jorunn.solbakk@coop.no

The application must contain:

Purpose

Time

Any need to borrow equipment, such as tables, chairs, electricity, etc.

Allocation of space is made in writing from the center office. Applications may be rejected.

UPON ARRIVAL AT LOFOTSENTERET

Stand renters should contact the center coordinator who will be able to assist with placement and delivery of equipment such as tables, electricity, etc.

STAND APPEARANCE REQUIREMENTS

Experience shows that a tidy stand gives the best impression and more focus on the stand's message.

STAND SPACE PRICES:

1.a Rental to companies (subject to VAT) Monday-Wednesday NOK 2000,- per day.*

1.b Rental to companies (subject to VAT) Thursday-Sunday NOK 3000,- per day.*

2. Rental to companies (subject to VAT) for exhibition of cars (larger equipment) NOK 5000,- per day.

Fixed weekly price NOK 10,000,- (Monday to Saturday)

3. Prices Easter and December

2 x current daily and weekly prices.

All prices include VAT. All payments are made via invoice.

* Companies registered in Lofoten receive a 50% discount.
